A validation workshop on Standard Operating Procedures and logistics working hour alignment was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 11 March 2021. The workshop, hosted by the Ethiopian Logistics Community of Practice (ELCoP), brought together over sixty logistics stakeholders, from government of Ethiopian and Djibouti, as well as the private sector. The workshop successfully harnessed the enthusiasm and experience of participants and reached a wide-ranging consensus. It was agreed to move forward to work hand in hand with all stakeholders from Djibouti and Ethiopia. The workshop proved successful, demonstration of a keen appetite for closer collaboration and generating a range of ideas on how to make this happen in practice.
